Celebrate the season with Amy Hanaiali‘i at Ritz’s Anuenue Room
The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua will welcome back Amy Hanaiali’i to her former stomping grounds at the resort’s Anuenue Room for weekly holiday performances that will begin on Black Friday and run Fridays to Dec. 24.
Amy’s new show, the Hawaiian Room, will take you on a musical journey of aloha as it pays tribute to her late grandmother, Jennie Napua Hanaiali’i Woodd, who performed from the lights of Las Vegas to Waikiki to the legendary Hawaiian Room at the Lexington Hotel in New York City.
Starting at 7 p.m. Fridays, the show will transport you through time and place with her sultry vocals on blues, jazz, pop and Hawaiian music. Amy was named the official “Ambassador of Hawaiian Music” by Gov. Ige, by the way.
She’s also got the Hanaiali’i line of award-winning wines and a new line of chocolates.
Table seating is $149.95 plus taxes and fees. Standing-room only tickets for the bar and lanai area with some obstructed views will be made available after the table seats are sold out.
Tickets are available online at www.lifeisaloha.com, or by calling the Ritz concierge at 669-6200. You must be 21 and older to attend the shows.
