MAPA’S PRODUCTION “LOCKDOWN” CONTINUES
Maui Academy of Performing Arts’ advanced play production students present “Lockdown” at 7:30 p.m. at the Steppingstone Playhouse in Queen Ka’ahumanu Center. FRIDAY NIGHT IS ART NIGHT IN LAHAINA
Stroll through dozens of art galleries in Lahaina town from 6 to 9 p.m. for special gallery shows, featured artists in action and refreshments all free and open to the public. Pick up the walking map of participants from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Lahaina Visitor Center located at the Old Lahaina Courthouse.

KAHULUI HONGWANJI ANNUAL BAZAAR
Country store, rummage, plants, produce and lots of food will be available from 7 to 11 a.m. at the Kahului Hongwanji bazaar. Some of the food items available will include chili, nishime, mini-bento, sekihan, barazushi, chow fun and sushi. The mission is located at 291 S. Puunene Ave.. For details, call 871-4732.
CELEBRATION OF THE ARTS AT THE RITZ
The celebration continues with an awa tasting, similar to wine tasting, from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m.; must be 18 or older. The Celebration Luau and Show will be from 6 to 8:30 p.m., with entertainment by Kumu Hula Pono Murray and Halau Na Wai Punalei, as well as “Kahulanui” (Hawaiian music swing band) and others. MAUI MARCH MADNESS A BENEFIT FOR YOUTHS
The Rotary Clubs of Maui and Mulligans on the Blue present Maui March Madness from 5 to 9 p.m. at Mulligans on the Blue in Wailea. CELEBRATE PRINCE KUHIO UNDER THE BANYAN TREE
The Prince Kuhio Maui Ho’olaule’a planning committee invites the public to commemorate Prince Kuhio from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Lahaina Banyan Tree Park. Entertainment will include Al Nip and Friends, Ka Pa Hula O Maui, Ikaika Blackburn and Pi’ilani Arias, Marvin Tevaga and others. Admission is free and also features exhibits, makahiki games, food booths, Maui made crafters and more. Maui Friends of the Library will present the Honolulu Brass Quintet from 3 p.m. at Kihei Public Library.
