Pet of the Week

We’re a fabulous flock of feathered friends ready to adopt. -- RUBY HERNANDEZ photo

Ever wish you had a way to keep creepy crawlies out of your yard without spraying? Then you should consider adopting us duckies, the No. C19s.

We would love to earn our keep by eating the slugs, snails, grubs, mosquito larvae, damaging beetles, grasshoppers and other insect and pests infesting your yard. On top of that, some of us are egg layers as well.

So if you have a lonely pond that could use some action, or a taro patch that could use a duck’s touch to keep it bug free, then stop by the Maui Humane Society and “Pick Your Price” for us today.
