The Color Festival Hawaii, benefiting IMUA Family Services, returns on April 13 at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center in Kahului.

This family-friendly event carries the message of inclusion and celebrates “life together under the same rainbow” with music, food trucks, vendors and keiki activities.

Headlining this year’s color-throwing festival of love is Nashville singer/songwriter and music recording artist Rayland Baxter.

Maui’s own Anuhea Jenkins, a two-time Na Hoku Hanohano Award-winner, is also slated to perform. The talented graduate of Kamehameha Schools Maui has released four albums to date and toured with Bruno Mars, Jack Johnson, Ziggy Marley and Taj Mahal, to name a few.

Yum Yum Beast, Maui Taiko, DJ Boomshot, Island of Maui Pipe Band and Te Tiare Patitifa Tahitian Dancers round out the stellar entertainment lineup.

Adult tickets are $20 if purchased in advance or $25 on the day of the event, children ages six to 16 are $15 and keiki ages five and younger are admitted free.

For tickets, call 242-7469, visit www.mauiarts.org or head to the MACC box office.
