From 5 to 6 p.m., savor $5 happy-hour menu of pupu, wine, beer and specialty cocktails. Pupu ranges from spicy edamame in sweet soy, garlic and sesame oil to curry-dusted calamari on noodles to hoisin-glazed pork ribs all prepared expertly by Japengo chef Gevin Utrillo.

Or you may enjoy the $55 anniversary prix-fixe menu now through Feb. 16, and sushi and sashimi any night of the week by sushi chef Jin Hosono. For more details, call 661-1234 or visit www.maui.hyatt.com.

Chef James McDonald of the newly revamped Feast at Lele in Lahaina will be sailing away today aboard Carnival Cruise ship Marvale to showcase a taste of the islands. Cooking demo and dishes will be featured in the main cabin for 2,600 guests.

“I’ll be on the interisland cruise from Kahului to Oahu, and it will tour throughout the islands sailing to Kauai and the Big Island as well,” says McDonald.

Feast at Lele took over the former I’o restaurant at 505 Front St. in Lahaina to upgrade its reception, restroom and bar areas with expanded grounds and tweaks to the show and the menus.

“Cirque de Soleil redid our lighting and with everything else that we did, the experience is now better than ever,” says McDonald. For reservations, call 667-LELE.

Lumeria resort in Makawao will present another Feast Hawaii event as part of an ongoing series Sunday during this full moon weekend.

Feast creative director Amanda Robson will lead the DreamBoard workshop centered around what makes us come alive. Guests will take home a wooden geometric DreamBoard to keep and reuse. Chef Ben Diamond of Lumeria’s The Wooden Crate restaurant will cook the feast and the “Top Chef Desserts” winner Yigit Pura of the San Francisco Tout Sweet Patisserie will dazzle with pastries, according to Lumeria’s Douglas Drummond. Cost is $95 per person. Call 579-8877.

Of course, what would a full moon weekend be without an “egg-on-my-face” experience? Tiffany’s Bar & Grill in Wailuku, as it turns out, takes lunch and dinner reservations daily, except only after 8 p.m. on Fridays My apologies to owners Diane and Howard Orite for getting it wrong in a previous story.

Malama Kipuka, the “Buy Back The Beach” benefit for Hawaiian Islands Land Trust, will breeze into Old Lahaina Lu’au from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday.

The authentic farm-to-table fare will be fabulous, emcee Kainoa Horcajo will introduce nonstop hula dancers and John Cruz will headline the music. For tickets to Maui’s top conservation event of the year, you may call 244-LAND or visit www.hilt.org.

Maui Brewing Co. is excited to announce that Jesse Houck has become part of its ohana as director of brewery operations.

“I am beyond stoked to be working with such a strong leader as Garrett (Marrero) and the talented team he has assembled here on Maui,” says Houck.

Then come to the Chapel Lawn of Grand Wailea at 5 p.m. Saturday for the Barre & Bevy’s event, starting with a workout, followed by kombucha cocktails and lululemon trunk show at the resort’s Bistro Molokini restaurant from 6 to 7 p.m. Cost is $25 and prepaid reservations are recommended through Spa Grande at 875-1234.
