The Tap Room just reintroduced hamburger, kalua pork and braised short rib loco mocos, the latter slow-cooked for about six hours.
“It’s amazing,” says Galon. “We have our own Waikiki Brewing Company beer. We have nine varieties, including our award-winning Blackstrap Molasses Porter, a silver medalist at the Great American Beer Fest. Our happy hour is every day from 2 to 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close.”

The massive Made in Maui County Festival returns to Maui Arts & Cultural Center’s outdoor A & B Amphitheater in Kahului for an exclusive shopping day from 1:30 to 6 p.m., Friday Nov. 2; and for the big festival day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3.
On the big festival day, lineup at 15 food trucks for ono grinds, listen to live entertainment by Marty Dread, Pat Simmons Jr., and more; and watch the fashion show with Emcee Malika Dudley. This year, vendors may enter the Best New Food Product Contest by Minit Stop.
