* Glenn K.L. Yee, a veteran and financial officer and executive for several well-known Hawaii businesses has been named chief financial officer of Island Air.

Island Air serves airports on all major Hawaiian Islands and offers 210 flights weekly, a release said.

* Candace Croteau has been named executive vice president of the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. She has been with the MACC for 16 years, most previously holding the title of vice president of operations.

Her responsibilities have now expanded to include increased supervision and guidance of the organization, as well as increased oversight of the physical facility.

* Pulama Lana’i has appointed Randall K. Ishikawa as senior vice president and general counsel responsible for leading the company’s legal team and Harrilynn Kame’enui as associate general counsel.

Both will provide legal counsel to support Pulama Lana’i’s vision and mission.

Prior to joining Pulama Lana’i, Ishikawa served as associate general counsel in the University of Hawaii’s Office of the University General Counsel.

Kame’enui was previously employed at Hawaiian Electric Co., where she was a manager in the regulatory affairs area overseeing the company rate case proceeding and previously served as director of corporate compliance.

In July, Lana’i Resorts began doing business as Pulama Lana’i. The company, owned by billionaire Larry Ellison, is responsible for operating Lanai.

* Honua Kai Resort & Spa in Kaanapali has appointed Claudio Andrade as assistant general manager. He will be responsible for all front- and back-of-house operations for guests as well as associate and owner satisfaction in those areas.

His background includes 22 years with Marriott International at various locations worldwide.

He most recently was the assistant general manager at The Fairmont Orchid on the Big Island.
