PWF ocean camp for summer break
Pacific Whale Foundation will hold its summer session Ocean Camp Mondays through Fridays from May 28 through July 26.
The camp is for children entering grades kindergarten through 5 and runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Early enrollment with the lowest daily rates is available through Tuesday.
The camp will be at the PWF Discovery Center in Maalaea. Each week will have a theme such as Plunging Below – Life in the Deep, the Rainforest in our Backyard and Turtle Tricks.
Campers may enroll for individual days or for the entire session.
The program will include learning about the ocean and Maui’s environment with hands-on activities along with field trips.
For campers who register by Tuesday, the camp fee is $67 per day. Pacific Whale Foundation members pay $50.
For registration after Tuesday, the fee is $72 per day or $55 for members.
Last-minute registration – less than 24 hours before the start of a camp day – is $77. Members pay $61.
