St. John’s annual Kula Festival seeks crafters and vendors
St. John’s Kula Festival is seeking crafters and vendors to participate in this year’s event on Sept. 28.
It will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the grounds of the church at 8992 Kula Highway in Keokea.
There will be all-day live entertainment featuring George Kahumoku Jr., food, baked goods, children’s games, farm-fresh produce, plants and flowers, an auction, gift baskets, and crafters and vendors.
Admission is $1, with children under 10 to be admitted free.
The proceeds this year will be shared with the Malama Family Recovery Center and A Cup of Cold Water, which is a new ministry sponsored by the four Episcopal churches on Maui. The ministry seeks to serve the homeless on the Valley Isle.
