Kula School Harvest Festival a family event

Kula Elementary School community will present the 26th annual Kula School Harvest Festival from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

This event will include games, prizes, bouncing castles, food and entertainment. Proceeds will benefit Kula Elementary School’s enrichment programs. Admission is free.

The entertainment lineup includes Deep Cover Rock ‘n’ Roll Band, Brenton Keith and his Bag O’Tricks, Maui Kane with Joe Bommarito & Sheldon Brown, La-Ti-Da Productions, Kula Dance Krew, Kalama Ukulele Band, and the Alexander Academy of Performing Arts Ballet.

Those seeking something to eat will find items by Serpico’s, Beach Bums, Outrigger Pizza, Porto Maui, Anthony’s Coffee, Maui Tropical Ice, Komoda’s Bakery, Grandma’s Bakery, Dudoit’s Shave Ice & Cotton Candy and Makanani Kapu.

A silent auction will again showcase gift baskets, gift certificates and handmade gift items.

The Country Store will be stocked with fresh hand-picked Kula produce, bunches of flowers, floral arrangements, cookies and cakes. The festival will also include handmade wares by local artisans.

Kula school is located at 5000 Kula Highway, just past the Kula Post Office.
