SAT prep course will begin Jan. 19
Seabury Hall is offering a Scholastic Assessment Test preparation course Jan. 19 through March 5 for juniors taking the SAT or ACT in the spring or fall of 2014.
Features of the course include: acquisition of skills necessary for success on the SAT and ACT tests; vocabulary from an extensive word list; in-depth practice with an analysis of real SAT tests; 40-plus hours of classroom instruction; SAT preparation book; free review sessions prior to the SAT exams; overview and practice for the ACT test.
Students will develop comprehensive critical reading, math and writing skills necessary for success on the SAT and ACT tests, according to an announcement.
Classes will be held on six Sundays from 3 to 7 p.m. and on six Wednesdays from 6 to 8: 30 p.m. Class on Feb. 2 will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
No classes will be held during Seabury Hall’s Winterim, Feb. 9-12.
Total cost is $395.
