Final day for voter registration for primary

The deadline to register to vote in the Aug. 9 primary election is 4:30 p.m. today, the Office of Elections said.

You must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Hawaii and at least 18 years old to vote.

Wikiwiki Voter Registration Forms are available at U.S. post offices, public libraries, in the Yellow Pages of the phone book, at the Office of Elections website at and at the Office of the County Clerk and most state agencies.

Completed voter registration forms must be turned in to the county clerk’s office by 4:30 p.m. or postmarked by today if mailed.
