Health has them on edge of their seats

First Photo: Paula Keele, co-coordinator and master trainer of Enhance Fitness, conducts an in-your-seat exercise demonstration for attendees of the Maui Prime Time Wellness Fair sponsored by First Hawaiian Bank and held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Maui Lani, in Kahului. The aim of the exercise class is to get people up out of their chairs and moving, Keele said. “The goal is to keep people independent as long as possible,” she said. “And to make it fun.” The fair drew a large crowd with participants able to have free health screenings, door prizes, Bingo, a presentation warning about the “Top Three Scams Affecting Hawaii” and entertainment. The exercise class was sponsored by the Maui County Office on Aging.
