Dui Sentences

THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of July 5 to 7. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Cory Deyoung, 29, Wailea; DUI (second offense within five years), lack of due care; 10-day jail term, $600 in fines, $469 in fees.

Jose Jones, 33, Kihei; DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked; $350 in fines, $474 in fees.

Paul Kaauwai, 50, Kahului; DUI (second offense within five years); five-day jail term, $500 fine, $437 in fees.

Adrian Marzoeki, 43, Kula; DUI; $250 fine plus fees.

David A. Perez, 28, Hanamaulu, Molokai; DUI, driving without a license; $650 in fines, $444 in fees.

Floralynne Ygana, 20, Haliimaile; DUI; $150 fine plus fees.
