DUI Sentences

THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Sept. 26 to 29. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

Wailuku District Court:

Reedson Abraham, 23, Kihei; DUI, driving without a license; $250 in fines, $474 in fees.

Sergio Barrientos Quinonez, 30, Kahului; DUI; two-day jail term, $500 fine, $437 in fees, 72 hours of community service (enhanced penalties due to passengers under age 15 being in vehicle).

Jealson Calep, 37, Kahului; DUI (second offense within five years), driving after license suspended or revoked; five-day jail term, $750 in fines, $509 in fees, 18-month license revocation.

Keith R. Campbell, 57, Wailuku; DUI (second offense within five years); 20-day jail term, $1,000 fine, $462 in fees, 18-month license revocation.

Brady Carone, 25, Waiehu; DUI; $150 fine, 72 hours of community service, $437 in fees.

Brian Deahl, 40, Kula; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Leonel Garcilazo Morales, age unavailable, Kahului; DUI, open container, lack of due care; $350 in fines, 72 hours of community service, $751 in fees.

Patrick E. Glenn, 47, Kahului; DUI (third offense within five years); 10-day jail term, $500 fine, $462 in fees, five-year license revocation.

Severino Honokaupu, 40, Kahului; DUI; $250 fine, $437 in fees, two-year license revocation.

Viliami Kaho, 64, Makawao; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees.

Jarren Kanohokula, 24, Wailuku; DUI (second offense within five years); $500 fine, 240 hours of community service, $462 in fees, three-year license revocation.
