Man charged with burglary, assault
A Haiku man who had been sought by police was arrested Tuesday on a $100,000 warrant, police records show.
Johnathan Bisutti, 24, is charged with second-degree robbery and second-degree assault in a Jan. 7 incident in Kihei.
Police were continuing to look for co-defendant Cody Presti, 28, whose last known address was in Haiku.
A Maui Crime Stoppers bulletin, issued Monday, asked for the public’s help in locating Bisutti and Presti.
Presti is described as 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 244-6400 or 911.
