Diana Shaw

• Lana’i Community Health Center Executive Director Diana Shaw has been named as one of Pacific Business News’ distinguished Women Who Mean Business list of honorees.

The list celebrates business leaders who demonstrate leadership, service to their community and professional achievements. This year’s honorees were chosen from more than 100 nominations.

“Diana is extremely deserving of this recognition due to her unwavering dedication and commitment to our organization and the community,” said Dr. Joe Humphry, medical director at the center. “Under her leadership, LCHC has made tremendous strides in improving health and wellness on Lanai, from offering free community fitness classes and school health education to hiring knowledgeable medical professionals and securing funding to purchase state-of-the-art medical equipment.”

Shaw has been with the health center since 2008.

Shaw and her fellow honorees will be celebrated March 15 at the Pacific Business News’ 20th anniversary gala at The Royal Hawaiian in Waikiki.

Rian DuBach

• Rian DuBach has been hired as vice president and private banking relationship manager for The Private Bank in Kahului, according to an announcement from Bank of Hawaii Corp.

DuBach provides financial expertise to guide high net-worth clients through complex financial situations, including the provision of credit, financial planning, estate planning and trust services, the announcement says.

A financial executive with nearly 20 years of experience, DuBach has served in senior management roles with American Savings Bank and other financial institutions before joining Bank of Hawaii.

• Kristine Schneider of Coldwell Banker Island Properties completed luxury home marketing training offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, an independent authority in training and designation for real estate agents working in the luxury housing market.

Completion of the training means Schneider has built the knowledge, skills and expertise required to support the needs of affluent buyers and sellers of high-end properties.
