Under a slogan of “Do your part, know your heart,” the event featured booths from 25 businesses and community partners. Maui Health System quality management analyst Leslie Lexier, a registered nurse, said the screenings and educational services are part of what make Maui Memorial an award-winning, nationally recognized facility for heart health care. The event also featured a presentation by cardiologists Drs. Jay Parikh and Kimble Poon.
