Benefit for fire victims tonight

A fundraiser by three Front Street establishments during Second Friday events tonight will benefit Lahaina farms and families affected by the Aug. 24 brush fires in Lahaina.

“Malama Lahaina” involves the Lahaina Loft, Down the Hatch and The Dirty Monkey. The purchase of a $50 wristband offers benefits at those three establishments.

At the Lahaina Loft from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., there will be complimentary pupu by Nicole Scharer Events, a Spotlight Photo booth and live music by Manzano Entertainment.

There will be a $25 food credit at Down the Hatch from 5 p.m. (after 10 p.m. patrons must be at least 21 years old.)

The Dirty Monkey also will offer a $25 food credit from 5 p.m. (after 9:30 p.m. patrons must be at least 21 years old).

The wristbands may be purchased at Down the Hatch or The Dirty Monkey.

Donations will be accepted at the three locations. There also is an online silent auction at biddingforgood.com/olanur.
