Raymond Birano Jr., who is charged with kidnapping and attempted first-degree sexual assault of a woman on Jan. 3 at the Queen Ka‘ahumanu Center, appears before 2nd Circuit Court Judge Peter Cahill on Monday. Birano was ordered to stay away from the woman, the mall and surrounding parking lots.
