THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor occurred during the period of Jan. 22 to Feb. 8. The listings include the offender’s name, age, residence and charges. First offenders undergo a 14-hour alcohol abuse rehabilitation program, a substance abuse evaluation and a one-year license suspension with the ability to operate a vehicle if qualified for an ignition interlock device.

George B. Stanley, 69, Kula; DUI, driving without a license; five-day jail term, $500 fine, plus fees.

Iupati Tuula, 29, Wailuku; DUI; $150 fine, $437 in fees, two-year license revocation.

Sanelle Vise, 26, Kihei; DUI, lack of due care, accidents involving damage to vehicle or property; $450 in fines, plus fees.
