What can possibly top all of the recent star-studded New Year’s Eve bashes on Maui? The annual Tournament of Champions in Kapalua, of course, in which pro golfers and celebrities alike descend on Maui to compete. But fans and participants get hungry on the links when as it continues to tee off through Jan. 8.

“Paradise Grill is once again be our concessionaire,” says Executive Director Nancy Cross. “They plan on serving hot meals (instead of the usual box sandwiches) and more.”

Since the Plantation House is right in the thick of the fan zone, those holding tourney club passes may access it for daytime meals. PH will also be open for dinner throughout.

“The Plantation House will feature its regular menu for purchase,” says Cross. “And you can’t beat the views of the first tee and the 18th fairway. In addition, you may order the Dine With the Champions three course special for $49 per person.”

A specially crafted menu with four appetizers, four entrees and four desserts will be offered in addition to selected bottles of red, white or bubbles priced at $25 per bottle.

Remember that Thursdays at PH are Chop House nights with thick and juicy cuts of prime steaks and savory sides.
