International calling plan needs improvement

Hawaiian Telcom has come a long way under new management. The improvement is noticeable and appreciated.

However, a grave injustice is being done with its international long distance plans. These plans don’t follow good common sense nor a sincere desire to serve and support the concept of fairness and justice.

Hawaiian Telcom stands alone with this practice. Nowhere can an explanation of its international plan be found.

Presently, Hawaiian Telcom will charge the costumer for just dialing a desired international number even though a connection is never completed. This is totally not the type of service I would like to admire and recommend.

Hawaiian Telcom should put itself on hold in order to modify its international practice.
