Fabric that binds nation together is being eroded

Only God’s mind could conceive and his power create a oneness out of two in holy matrimony. There simply is no oneness in same-sex marriage, because this union can only be ordained by man.

We ask God to bless us all. How can we expect God to bless a nation that is constantly making laws to counter the wisdom of the ages.

How quickly we are eroding the very fabric that binds our nation together and makes us great. I believe representatives should represent the people’s will and not bend to political pressure, therefore I call on our legislators to request our governor postpone the special session of our legislators and introduce a constitutional amendment allowing the people to vote on this monumental issue in our 2014 elections.

Yes, there is still freedom of speech in America but not without consequences. Too many of our citizens fear being labeled so they remain silent.

I am standing up to protect the institution of marriage and family. Gays will demand the right to have children to complete their sense of personal fulfillment and, in doing so, are trumping the right that children have to both a mother and father, a right that same-sex marriage tramples over. Sadly, children become the collateral damage in the selfish pursuits of adults.

Legislators, please allow we the people to decide. If not, then listen to your conscience and know that you’re accountable to both your constituents and our creator for how you cast your vote.
