Cartoon shows Destructive Party’s only strategy

I write this letter in response to the leftist cartoon printed on the Nov. 24 Opinion page.

I have written many letters over the years expressing my shared perception that there are two political parties in this country, the Destructive and the Stupid. I belong to the Republican/Stupid Party; the cartoonist, the Destructive.

The sad part is that the Destructive Party only has one play in its book, demonizing the right.

For those who did not see the cartoon, it shows seven Republican elephants angrily shouting, “Attack minorities, gays, the poor, women, health care and science.”

Also in the cartoon is the famous quote from John F. Kennedy, “Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country.”

Some people reading this letter are too young, uninformed or brainwashed by our liberal educators to know any better. The informed already know that the ideology of Kennedy was, almost to a letter, the ideology of today’s Republican Party.

The rest are so lost in today’s leftist ideology that they may never get it.
