Brain damage claim supported by suit’s details
An Associated Press article (The Maui News, Dec. 4) reported that five former Kansas City Chiefs players claim to be suffering from various brain diseases because of multiple concussions sustained while playing football.
The article states that the five players “have opted out of a multimillion-dollar settlement” and have filed a lawsuit which “seeks more than $15,000 in actual and punitive damages.” These actions certainly appear to support their case for brain damage.
