Phone app can prove to be a lifesaver for women
I would suggest all wahine in Hawaii get the ASPIRE News app on their phones.
It will call the police and then GPS will be activated. It will record and take pictures of an abuser. Do an online search for “When Georgia Smiled” to learn how to use the app. It saved my life from a dangerous stalker.
Also, a panic app will dial two close friends and send a message that a person is in trouble.
Also, sign up the state’s sexual offender registry to know the sexual offenders in your location, what they look like, where they live what crime they had committed. It helped me to recognize them to avoid them.
Please spread this news to help our wahine of Hawaii keep safe. Hawaii’s wahine depend on this information to help empower them and give them hope for their own safety. Knowledge is power.
