Food served at concert a huge disappointment

My neighbor and I were enchanted by the Natalie Cole performance at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center on March 10.

However, the food served by a local celebrity chef was a huge disappointment. My neighbor and I arrived at 6:15 p.m. to be told that all of the antipasto was gone. We reluctantly ordered pasta with mushrooms. The pasta was heavy and inedible. The salad consisted of large pieces of lettuce. The roll, obviously from Costco, was still cold from its refrigeration. We have decided to omit eating the overpriced meals served at this venue.

To add insult to injury, a very snippy young lady told us that the chef had prepared all of the food herself. I certainly hope not.
