Entrepreneur could expand fish offerings at restaurants
San Francisco has many fine fish restaurants with a wide variety of fish. Normally, Maui’s restaurants limit fish selections to ono and mahi-mahi. I’m limited to ordering sand dabs and other fish specialties from San Francisco.
Why not raise sand dabs, sole, bass, perch, flounder, trout, etc., in a Maui fishpond? Has anyone tried? Surely, some of these fish would survive our environment.
If possible, seems like a great venture for some young entrepreneur.
