Non-English-speaking driver a lawsuit in waiting

Mahalo to American Civil Liberties Union and the Department of Transportation for having the driver’s license in seven more languages.

I have a question about a person who passes the test and is now on the road, can’t read English and then must read a sign such as “Turn on Red after Stop,” “No Parking 3 a.m. to 6 a.m.,” “Left Turn Yield on Green” or the flashing warning sign that the police use about highway information.

I figure if I get in an accident with one of these people then I can sue ACLU, DOT and the driver.

Of course, we could put up signs in these locations in all eight languages and the views would really be good.
