Cannabis is 114 times less deadly than booze
I drive taxi all over Maui. Everywhere I go, gas stations, grocery stores, convenience stores, I see rack upon rack of alcoholic beverages. The hypocrisy of lawmakers who condemn legal cannabis while drinking beer, wine and liquor at night was demonstrated recently in a study that alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs available. And some morons in Hawaii want to make it available 24/7. What is wrong with these people? Can the families who lose loved ones to drunk drivers sue the pants off these charlatans?
A recent study has shown that cannabis remains an astounding 114 times less deadly than booze — and cannabis has never been shown to cause physical harm or death, ever — which tells us that there is something terribly wrong with our current laws at both the state and federal levels.
The deadliest of the most popular drugs, alcohol, flows freely across America, while a plant that is completely safe and highly medicinal is still treated as the most harmful of them all.
Keep it super simple: Alcohol will kill you — cannabis has never caused physical harm or death, ever!
Legalizing cannabis, for any reason, remains a much safer choice than alcohol by 114 times.
I know, you alcoholics will read this and say to yourselves, “He’s right, let’s drink to his wisdom.”
