How many subscribers will be lost from decision?

I’m sure you have considered these numbers when making your decision to terminate morning home delivery of your paper. You are obviously realizing some cost savings from the cost to mail the paper daily vs. the cost of paying your home delivery staff, who will no longer be needed.

The unknown is how many subscriptions you will lose from those subscribers who are not pleased with this decision. If the revenue loss from those subscription cancellations exceeds the cost savings from eliminating the morning home delivery, I think it will turn out to be a bad financial decision.
