Tune to radio station to confirm validity of alert
During the recent missile alert I did what everyone is advised to do for any alert, tune to your local radio station. Since we were about to go somewhere I was already sitting in my car. I turned on the radio: station 1, music; station 2, music; station 3 music; station 4 mindless banter. Conclusion, the alert is not an alert.
If it happens again, tune to your radio station. It takes less than 10 seconds.
