Bypass could use a few tweaks to make it better

I admit the bypass has worked pretty well so far. However, there is one problem keeping the free flow of traffic from Kiawe Street north onto Honoapiilani Highway. People not familiar with the right-turn lane are needlessly slowing down or stopping to see if they can continue. This is backing up traffic on Kiawe street for no reason.

Just place two signs about 10 feet and 100 feet from the intersection that say something like “Do NOT stop or pause in this right turn lane at intersection.”

Also, on Kiawe, about 100 yards from the intersection coming from the bypass, you need big arrows in the road showing the three ways people can go at the intersection. Now there is only one set of arrows at the intersection, which is too late for people to get into the right lane.
