Continue reporting on situation in Gaza
Thank you for your lengthy article on Sept. 1 titled “As Gaza protests, medical workers face great danger.” It is not often we read the Palestinian side of issues and this one has caught world attention.
Gaza is an open-air prison, perhaps the largest in the world, and living conditions are awful. Water and sewage treatment plants have been bombed by Israel and repair materials are not allowed in. No wonder the people of Gaza feel trapped and are expressing their outrage.
Israel has killed 125 and wounded 4,500 Palestinians, including paramedics trying to help the wounded. There is international condemnation of Israel’s shooting of unarmed protestors. Please continue reporting on this situation.
