MIL championship: Maui High 2, Baldwin 1The Maui High Sabers won their first MIL pennant since 1998 with a 2-1 win over Baldwin on Monday night at Maehara Stadium.The game was the fifth in 15 days between the two teams and Maui High walked away with a 3-2 edge. Both teams will be at the state tournament May 7-10 on Oahu. Read a lot more in Tuesday’s print edition.
