Na Koa trails 2-1 through 4 1/2

On the second night of the season, defense has been a factor for Na Koa Ikaika Maui as they trail 2-1 to the Lake County Fielders going to the bottom of the fifth.

Both runs for the Illinois club are unearned as Maui's Dan Delucia is pitching well.

Maui's run came on a sacrifice fly by Gered Mochizuki, helping him shrug off an 0-for-6 start to the season.
