Yoshida leads 3-1 through 3 1/2 innings

Eri Yoshida got through the top of the fourth inning with a 3-1 lead. She finally gave up a run in the top of the fourth on a sacrficie fly that plated Brent Metheny, who led off with a ringing double. She has thrown 36 strikes in 73 pitches, but has gotten a lot of help from her defense.

If she can get through one more inning ahead she will be in line for the first win of her career.
