Isagawa, Ducks just miss NCAA finals

After entering the day in a tie for fourth — six strokes in front of ninth place — Baldwin graduate Cassy Isagawa and her University of Oregon teammates slid to ninth place at the NCAA Central Golf Regional, missing the NCAA Championships by one stroke as a team. Isagawa missed one of the two individual spots available to non-team qualifiers by two shots.

Isagawa is ranked 11th in the nation individually by golfstat.com — and 10th by golfweek.com — but this finish for the Ducks ends her season one tournament short of where it should have concluded.
