News not good on Oahu, Maui High wins emotional game, Lunas lead Na Alii 15-0 at halftime

August 26, 2012 - Robert Collias
UPDATE: Lahainaluna leads King Kekaulike 15-0 at halftime after several chances that began in Na Alii territory. More as time permits. Baldwin lost 46-0 to Saint Louis and the preliminary report on QB Keelan Ewaliko is bruised ribs, no broken bones.

The Bears went 70 yards backwards on a total of 27 plays in the first half.

Maui High won an emotional game last night 10-7 over Kamehameha Maui and the Lunas and Na Alii are ready to kick off in a few minutes.

A couple of corrections due to incorrect rosters passed out at the first game of the season — the 49-yard field goal that bounced off the crossbar for Maui High was kicked by Raymon Ledesma and the key fourth-down catch that put the ball inside the 10-yard line for the Sabers was made by Melson Lucas.

Stay tuned right here for updates on tonight's games.
