NOBU Lanai to host omakase sake feast

NOBU Lanai will host an intimate gourmet event on Saturday, showcasing the signature dishes of world-acclaimed culinary master Nobu Matsuhisa.
Situated lower lobby level of the Four Seasons Resort Lanai at Manele Bay, NOBU Lanai will present an omakase, or “multi-course” sake dinner prepared by executive chef Oyvind Naesheim, paired with sake from Chef Nobu’s exclusive 140 year-old sake brand.
Chef Naesheim, and general manager Ross Boykin will take guests on a culinary journey as they explain each of the seven courses and the sake pairings. The cost is $200 per person, which includes a gift bag with a special memento from the restaurant.
