Restating the Obvious

SighYet another report (on page A3 today, not online) about acidification of the ocean, this time from the Big Island.All right, class, repeat after me: The ocean is not acidic, it's basic. It is always going to be basic. If the alarmists were alarmed that the ocean is becoming less basic, I would pause to listen to their argument. But if they are going to talk like idiots, I'm going to assume they are idiots and ignore them. See "Back to basic(s)," July 7).
