KAHULUI — The University of Hawaii-West Oahu campus is offering bachelor’s degrees in business administration, social science and public administration through the UH Center on Maui beginning this month.
Distance-learning summer session classes are scheduled to begin Tuesday, provided through interactive television, cable and online.
Fields of concentration include general business, accounting, political science, early childhood education and health care administration. In addition, certificate programs are available in disaster preparedness and emergency management, health care administration, and substance abuse and addictions studies.
Registration begins today for summer sessions beginning Tuesday and July 7. Registration opens Aug. 19 for the fall semester that begins on Aug. 25.
The summer and fall 2008 schedules are available online at www.uhwo.hawaii.edu/schedule. Distance learning classes are labeled “ONLINE” or “ITV AT UH MANOA.”
