LAHAINA - Ilima Cabingas McConkey and Bobby Owens Jr. were married Aug. 24, 2008, at the Puamana Clubhouse with the Rev. Earl Kukahiko of Waiola Church officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Amy Cabingas of Lahaina and Kihei and the late John McConkey.
Her bridal party included maid of honor Moani Borge, a friend of the bride; and attendants Cassie Coffin and Christina Carscadde, both friends of the bride, and Lisa Gorman Cabingas, the bride's aunt.

The groom, the son of James and Mija Lee Schlenger of Kihei, is in the U.S. Army in the medical field.
His best man was friend Taylor Dahms. The ushers were Tony Richards and Shea Argel, friends of the groom, and Michael Cabingas, uncle of the bride.
The flower girls were Taryn and Michella Cabingas, and the ring bearer was Zachary Cabingas. All are cousins of the bride.
A reception attended by 150 people was held at Cafe O'lei at The Dunes.
The couple honeymooned for four days at the Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa and the Koele Lodge on Lanai.
They currently reside on an Army base in Seoul, South Korea.
