Halloween comes early this year at Borders Express. The store will host a free Halloween Kid's Party, featuring games, contests and spooky stories for all ages. Costumes are encouraged.

Frank De Lima will be Barnes &?Noble promoting his Student Enrichment Program and signing his books, CDs and DVDs.
