World Series champion Shane Victorino of the Philadelphia Phillies is surrounded by fans as he gives autographs in front of the Kalana O Maui Building in Wailuku on Tuesday afternoon. Victorino was honored by Mayor Charmaine Tavares during the ceremony and Nov. 25 was proclaimed "Shane Victorino Day."
