Karen Mae Ancheta and Graham Charles Pruitt were married April 25, 2009, in an outdoor ceremony at The Ka'anapali Beach Hotel with Pastor Tyson Lum of Grace Bible Church Maui and Every National Campus Ministries officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Florendo and Lucrecia Ancheta of Lahaina and is currently living in Washington, D.C. She graduated from Lahainaluna High School and George Washington University with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a double major in information systems and entrepreneurship. The bride is currently a technology consultant with Excella Consulting.
The groom is the son of Paul and Carol Pruitt of Fairfax, Va. He is a graduate of Oakton High School and attended the Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, S.C. He has a degree in culinary arts and hotel restaurant management and currently works for Acacia Federal Savings Bank as a mortgage consultant at the bank's Capitol Hill Office.

The couple also work together in real estate as partners and investors.
The bridal party included maid of honor Gayle Ancheta, sister of the bride.
Jesse Pruitt, brother of the groom, was the best man.
The flower girl was LeiMamo Arruda, niece of bride, and the ring bearer was Malino Jacinto, nephew of bride.
A reception followed at the hotel's Oceanfront Lawn with 375 guests.
After the wedding, the couple spent a one-week honeymoon at the Wyndham Bali Hai Villas in Princeville, Kauai. The couple will reside in Washington.
