Saturday---The 17th annual Maui County Bar Association Golf Tournament is scheduled for Saturday at The Dunes at Maui Lani. The event is held in the memory of Arthur T. Sept. 12---The seventh annual Maui Cadillac Invitational is scheduled for Sept. 12 at the Makena Golf Course. Check-in for the tournament, which benefits the Maui office of the National Kidney Foundation, starts at 9 a.m. and a shotgun start is scheduled for 10:30. The winning foursome qualifies for the four-day national finals at TPC Sawgrass at Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. A kickoff party and silent auction will be held Sept. 11 at the King Kamehameha Golf Club. Oct. 19-21---The Aloha Team Classic golf tournament, a benefit for the Beyond the Rainbow Foundation, is scheduled for Oct. 19-21. The first round of the two-person event will be at a course to be determined, the second at the Kapalua Bay Course and the third at the Plantation Course. A reception is scheduled for Oct. 18 and a clinic and skills competition for Oct. 19. Both of those days' events are to include LPGA players, including Angela Jerman, a former Curtis Cup team member. The fee is $1,500 per player, and $425 per nonplayer, which also pays for breakfast and lunch Oct. 19-21 and dinner on Oct. 19 and Oct. 21, as well as gifts, entry into daily contests and the chance to win hole-in-one prizes.
