For the past several years, the owners of Eagle Eye winery and Alpha Wolf olive-oil orchards in Napa Valley have come to Maui to host a series of events. This year will be no different.
The owners, Bill and Roxanne Wolf, will be on hand for all of the events. Bill is a trained chef and just released a new cookbook. Roxanne is an artist who designs their wine labels and more.
First up will be a tasting at the new Timba Night Club in Lahaina from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Friday. Two reds (cabernet sauvignons) and two whites by Eagle Eye will be paired with the cuisine of Chef Bev Gannon of Celebrations Catering. Cost is $30 per person. You may call 661-9873.
