Tia Juana's Mexican Cantina is easy to spot from its upstairs location at the entrance to Kaanapali. So is its partner, Donavon Frankenreiter's Margarita House, situated below.
Both have been rockin' diners with their south-of- the-border cuisine for lunch (Donavon's) and dinner (both) since they opened Sept. 18. Now, you may also enjoy breakfast.
"Tee it up at Tia Juana's," says owner Robert Diehl, who owns a 10,000-square-foot establishment with the same name in Irvine, Calif. "We're now serving the golfer's special in the downstairs Margarita House Saturdays and Sundays.

“Everything here is fresh,” says Brad Prescott, general manager. “We make all of our own sweet and sour mix for the margaritas. It explains why it all tastes so good.”
On weekends starting at 7 a.m., golfers may drive up to the taco window, and order freshly brewed coffee and breakfast burritos for $7.95.
Or dine in and check out the amazing collection of albums, eight-tracks, recording devices, guitars and surfboards. The Huevos Rancheros is a crispy tortilla tower with refried beans, rice and eggs "over easy," all topped with salsa ranchera, sour cream and slices of fresh avocado.
"In a couple of weeks, we'll start serving breakfast seven days a week," says General Manager Brad Prescott. "Right now, we serve lunch and dinner from 10 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. I modeled our Baja fish tacos off an authentic recipe from a taco cart in San Felipe, Mexico. They are soooo good."
